Chocolate Avocado Smoothie
Blueberry Almond Butter Smoothie
1-16oz cup
1 cup frozen blueberries
3/4-1 cup almond milk
2 heaping tbl almond butter
2 tsp flax, chia or hemp seeds
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy!
