Sugar Free Chocolate Mousse

This quick chocolate mousse is filled with good-for-you fats and no sugar except naturally from a little stevia and fresh berries. Its thick and creamy consistency will have you craving this mousse whenever your sweet tooth calls your name.

Sugar Free Chocolate Mousse
serves 2-3
1-15oz can coconut cream (not canned coconut milk) chilled overnight
1 ripe avocado
3 tbl cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 packet NuNaturals stevia powder
berries for garnish

In a blender combine all of the ingredients except the berries and blend until smooth and creamy.
Chill for 30 minutes. Serve with plenty of fresh berries.

  2. Superb. I used only 1/2 tsp stevia and added 3 large dates and got a superb flavour

  3. Hi, do you use cocoa or cacao? I'm doing sugar free september so was wondering if cacao would still get a similar result? Cheers,

    1. I used cocoa powder which does not have sugar but I imagine you could use cacao. The flavor will be much more bitter.
