Make a big batch of these and freeze what you won't be eating immediately. They are addictive and will go fast!
Sugar & Spice Walnuts
2/3 cup organic cane sugar
1/2 cup organic light brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp fleur de sel or sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp crushed dried rosemary
1 lb raw walnut halves
3-4 tbl extra virgin olive oil
Preheat the oven to 300.
Combine the sugars, salt and spices. Add the walnuts and oil and toss until well combined. Spread in an even layer on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes. Let cool completely then store.
