Banana Tarte Tatin

File this under, easiest dessert to make...ever. Subcategory- delicious and good enough for company.
Caramelized bananas layered simply over crispy, golden brown puff pastry.

Banana Tarte Tatin
1/4 cup earth balance vegan butter, melted
1/2 cup organic light brown sugar
4 ripe bananas, 1/4" slice
1 sheet thawed puff pastry

Preheat oven to 375.
In a 9" cake pan, pour the butter along the bottom. Sprinkle the sugar on top of the butter. Lay the sliced bananas along the entire bottom of the cake pan.
Cut the puff pastry in a 9" circle and lay on top of the bananas, pushing the edges inward.
Bake for 25 minutes until golden, puffed and crispy. Cool for 5 minutes then run a knife around the edges to loosen. Flip over onto a plate and serve.
